Renessa Guerrero founded GuerreroTeam with her business partner A'nisha Baker because she wanting a one stop shop for renters, home sellers and home buyers to gain education and guidance on the next best steps for their real estate needs.
Renessa came from humbled beginnings and unfortunately was never taught about her credit score, buying a home, building equity or investing into real estate. When she became a business owner and needed to build her credit to grow her business she quickly learned how to leverage her credit to grow her company.
Renessa has over 20 years of growing companies from the ground up to now founding GuerreroTeam to inspire her community to be the Next Generation of home owners and investors to build generational wealth that can be passed down to future generations.
Renessa has a Real Estate License and a Mortgage License to help guide each one of her clients with the best options for buying, refinancing and investing into real estate. Her real niche is in creative financing for her clients because when the bank says no to a family, the family still needs a home so Renessa specializes in rent to own, seller financing and investor financing for alternative options to present to her clients.
